Cheapprices.ng — Terms of Service

Welcome to Cheapprices.ng (“Cheapprices,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Cheapprices.ng is a classified marketplace that enables users to buy and sell goods for free. By accessing or using Cheapprices.ng (the “Site”) and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). • Listings Content: You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the content you post, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and conditions.
• Prohibitions: Listings must not contain illegal, fraudulent, counterfeit, hazardous, offensive, or infringing content. Restricted items (e.g., illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods) are prohibited.
• Ownership and Rights: You grant Cheapprices.ng a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your listing content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
• Filtering and Moderation: We may review, edit, or remove listings that violate these Terms or our policies at any time without notice.

4. Transactions and Communication

• The Service is a platform that enables users to connect for buying and selling. Cheapprices.ng does not guarantee any transaction.
• All payment terms, if any, are determined between the buyer and seller. The Service may provide payment processing tools from third parties, which are subject to those providers’ terms and policies.
• You acknowledge that any negotiation, purchase, or delivery of goods is solely between you and the other party. We are not a party to the contract of sale.
• Shipping, delivery timelines, returns, refunds, warranties, and after-sales support are the sole responsibility of the seller. Buyers should verify product condition and legitimacy before completing a purchase.

5. Taxes and Compliance

• You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with your listings or sales, as applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection, advertising, data privacy, and e-commerce rules.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Listing or engaging in any activity that is fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal.
• Misrepresenting item condition, origin, or authenticity.
• Selling counterfeit or illegal goods.
• Violating third-party rights (copyright, trademark, etc.).
• Hacking, spamming, or introducing malware.
• Harvesting or using data from other users without consent.
• Interfering with the integrity or security of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

• Our Service and its content (excluding user-generated listings) are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not use Cheapprices.ng's logos, branding, or content without our prior written consent.
• User-generated content remains the property of the respective user, subject to the license granted in Section 3.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheapprices.ng and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
